Automated Production, Quality Control & Heavy Fleet Operations
Our plant uses computerized batching to control aggregate, cement, and water ratios precisely for every load — eliminating the guesswork and inconsistency common with site-mixed concrete.
We maintain our own dedicated transit mixer fleet and concrete boom pumps. This allows us to deliver mixes directly to high-elevation commercial columns, deep residential foundation rafts, and complex urban sites with difficult street access.
- Plant Capacity: 60 Cu.m/hour
- Transit Mixers: 12 active transit trucks
- Boom Pump Reach: 150 feet vertical / 250 feet horizontal
Every mix is designed and monitored to meet the required grade and strength specification. Our quality assurance routine includes raw material testing, moisture correction, and post-pour evaluations.
Testing Routines Include:
Ready mix concrete is a highly time-sensitive material. The hydration process starts the moment water touches cement, giving us a limited window for transport, placement, and compaction.
Our programmed dispatch system tracks traffic conditions, site readiness, and travel times. By keeping communications clear with site managers, we reduce wait times, prevent concrete cold joints, and eliminate idle labor overhead.
Unlike suppliers who vanish once the sales invoice is generated, Rockfort provides dedicated site support. Our engineers help determine your structural slump target, aggregate sizing, hydration control, and delivery pacing, directly via phone or WhatsApp.
