All concrete orders must specify the required compressive strength grade (e.g., M20, M25) and aggregate dimensions. Any special chemical admix additions (e.g. hydration retarders) must be requested at least 24 hours prior to dispatch.
Ready mix concrete is a time-sensitive material. Once dry/wet mixing begins at our Gundur plant, the batch cannot be recovered. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled batch dispatch are subject to full batch charges.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide safe, clear access for transit mixers and pumping vehicles. Roads must handle gross vehicle weights up to 25 tonnes. Rockfort is not liable for structural damage caused by inadequate ground stability.
Unless credit accounts have been pre-authorized by our management team, all ready mix concrete deliveries are conducted under Cash on Delivery (COD) terms, payable prior to mixer discharge at the site.
